Maximum Hoops is a player development organization. With over 20 years of experience, Coach Steve Brodzinski & his staff, demand high levels of concentration & effort on every repetition! No Gimmicks – Just hard work, attention to detail, along with expert teaching and coaching!
We want you to get the most out of your experience with us. We pride ourself in being a convenient, cost-effective option, with the most efficient and expert workouts in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Our mission at Maximum Hoops, is to instill confidence in every player, and focus on qualities that will ensure success both on and off of the court. Maximum Hoops player development focuses on improving you as a person, not just basketball player. We work with athletes of all ages, genders, and ability levels.
With an emphasis on MASTERING THE FUNDAMENTALS, by implementing advanced teaching & coaching, based on actual experience, Maximum Hoops will help you set a rock solid foundation, and build your game!

Coach - Lauren Allinder
10 Years As Coach With Maximum Hoops
Lauren Allinder graduated from Mt. Lebanon in 2010, where she played a crucial role in the championship-winning team in both 2009 and 2010. Her contributions were instrumental in securing consecutive WPIAL and PIAA titles, including an undefeated season in 2009, which propelled the team to a remarkable 5th national ranking. Recognized for her hard work and skills, Lauren was named MaxPreps National Player of the Week during her junior year. Transitioning to collegiate basketball, Lauren pursued her passion at the Division I level with Central Connecticut State University. Currently, she serves as the Head JV Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach at her alma mater, Mt. Lebanon, where she continues to inspire the next generation of athletes. Lauren has been with Maximum hoops for 7 Years.
